Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz & Acro Dance
Children study a combination class of Ballet, Tap & Modern.
At this stage children are also introduced to Acro Dance giving the opportunity to learn acrobatic skills whilst increasing strength, balance and flexibility. Studying all four genres, children are able to develop a broad base of dancing skills.
Lower Infants (5-6 years)
1 hour 30 minutes
Children continue to study a combination class of Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Acro Dance. Studying all four genres, children are able to develop a broad base of dancing skills.
Jazz dance enables children to continue with developing their flexibility and sense of performance whist being introduced to the techniques of pirouettes, kicks, leaps and turns.
Children now have the opportunity to take ISTD examinations in Ballet & Tap.
Children are now able to attend Musical Theatre classes is they wish.
